Operating steps:
Power on clip. one LED will light. ( 7-9V DC power
source with inner "+" needed ) ->
Connect phone to clip w/ cable. (phone must be
off) -> press phone's POWER ON button till
another LED light -> flashing for few seconds
-> both LED will flash -> unlocked

Remarks:
The occasional failure may happen, please keep try
again if it doesn't work
For each unlocking service, it needs power OFF and
ON clip again.
That clip
would default of changing the IMEI during unlocking,
please check the regulation from your respected
country if possible to such service.
